Product Characteristic
- Prefabricated rack, easy to disassemble and clean, made of SUS304 stainless steel material, easy to adjust towards the egg roller, with an egg loading height that meets the optimal operating height for the human body, reducing the workload of operators. (Optional automatic egg laying).
- Three stage spray, the first stage spray pressure is adjusted and pressurized by the circulating water spring, the second stage can be filled with disinfectant or other agents, and the third stage spray pressure is normal pressure of tap water.
- DSP visual inspection system (dirty egg detection, crack egg detection and positioning system, PLC control system).
- Can be equipped with oil coating preservation and coding device.
- Classification packaging system (six rows of "static weighing", high precision data, with an error of less than 0.2g).
- The spare parts are sourced from world-renowned brands such as Siemens, Schneider, imported motors from Japan, HMB sensors, and Omron sensors.
- The point-to-point connection of egg products has a shorter running distance and more stable connection.
- Automatic delivery machine, suitable for egg trays of multiple materials and sizes. Can quickly and massively supply egg trays within the specified time. Equipped with sensors in multiple aspects to ensure a closed-loop supply of pallets, without losing or leaving empty pallets.
- Automatic palletizing machine ensures that each egg is placed upside down for better preservation. Each egg does not need to be roughly transferred and automatically falls into the egg tray, greatly saving labor costs and reducing the probability of egg damage.
