The tray washer supports farms and egg processing plants that reuse compatible plastic egg trays. Its stainless-steel construction and staged high-pressure cleaning process provide an organized route from dirty tray stacks to dewatered, restacked trays.
Key Features
- Automatic denesting: Stacked trays are separated and fed individually into the cleaning process.
- Three-stage washing: High-pressure pre-wash, main wash and rinse stages target loose and persistent residues.
- Centrifugal dewatering: High-speed rotation removes residual water before finished trays reach the outlet.
- Automatic restacking: Clean trays are collected into stacks for convenient downstream handling.
